Attractiveness
February 26th, 2007 by Stephanie @ 3:09 amMost people have experienced that feeling, when they look at someone and go damn they’re hot! This is all just talking in the purely physical sense. Apparently scientific studies show that, people in general are attracted to those with the most symmetrical faces. Personally I don’t believe that, though I do agree that symmetry of the face can increase a person’s attractiveness, but it’s not the main factor. Even without their body, you can tell whether a person is extremely good looking or not. Another argument against symmetry is that different people can find the same person on way different attractiveness scales. While they may be beautiful to one person, another can’t stand the sight of them (well maybe not that extreme). Then there are just some people that everyone’s attracted to. Which is why the concept of physical awesomeness is so hard to pin point. I don’t know what exactly I look for, but when I see it I know, and it’s often times completely different from each other, for no rhyme or reason.
Moving away from physical beauty, I think I’m biased towards very talented people. I want one of those crazy musician people, who can also sail. Heh, ok, that was a joke… sort of. Anyways, I think talentedness and insaneness are correlated. And I definitely need both, the latter so that they can put up with me.
Why are all the completely gorgeous guys gay. >.<
